She could be dubbed as a double face because of her two faces. Visitors to her mansion claimed that she was very nice to her servants, but behind closed doors, she actually tortured and abused them. She was more of a born psycho, Delphine Lalaurie started her killing spree in 1831.
3. Night Stalker
This suspected guy committed most of his crimes in east Sacramento. From 1976 to 1986, this killer raped and murdered at least 13 people in Southern California. There he also sexually assaulted at least 50 women.
4. Phantom of Heilbronn
He earned the name “The Phantom of Heilbronn”. He is known for murdering a police officer in Heilbronn, Germany in 2007. He then violently killed nearly 60 more people around Europe.
5. Servant Girl Annihilator
This mad psychopath serial killer went on a killing spree in Austin, Texas on the New Year’s Eve of 1884. Like “Jason Voories” he brutally raped and sliced the face of his victims using an axe. At least, he had a total of eight victims and he had a tendency to choose servants as victims as all of them were servants.
Because of his killing style, it was the media of Calcutta that named him “Stoneman”. Stoneman was a serial killer who was never caught. He was responsible for the murder of at least 13 people in Calcutta, India in 1989. Beggars who slept on streets were the majority of his victims.

In and around Atlanta in 1911, this unidentified serial killer murdered fifteen women typically by slitting their throats.

He abducted the children and then killed them by suffocation, shooting or strangulation. This serial killer from Oakland County, Michigan murdered at least four children between 1976 and 1977.
9. The Colonial Parkway Killer
Between 1986 and 1989, this serial killer killed at least three couples. He is also thought to be responsible for the murder of at least eight people in the state of Virginia. Authorities believe that he does his crimes with a partner and also suspects that he is in law enforcement.

The Connecticut River Valley serial killer who stabbed at least seven women to death in the 1980s.
11. The Doodler
From January 1974 to September 1975, The Doodler slew 14 men and assaulted three others in San Francisco. He met most of his victims in gay clubs, restaurants, and bars. The police named him the Doodler because of his habit of drawing his victims before having sex with them and killing them.

Between 1985 and 1990, This badass Frankford Slasher raped and murdered 8 people around Frankford, Pennsylvania.
13. The Freeway Phantom
He earned the name ‘The Freeway Phantom’ serial killer who was never caught. He kidnapped, raped and strangled at least six young females in Washington, D.C. between 1971 and 1972.
